Legacy Performance Sportswear Ltd operates the educational project True North Skill Hub. We organize educational meetings for people who want to achieve meaningful long-term goals but feel exhausted by constant setbacks and feelings of guilt.
We do not sell "magic planning systems" and we do not promise that everything can be achieved within a year. Instead, we help participants understand why delayed gratification is psychologically difficult and how resource management systems can be built in ways that work in real life without overwhelming pressure.
Each webinar creates a calm environment where participants can honestly say "I postponed everything again" and learn that this reaction is not failure but a natural signal from the brain.
Our approach focuses on science, psychological mechanisms, and practical strategies — without pressure, unrealistic expectations, or the promotion of paid courses.
